On Thursday, February 23, the class went to Gopher’s Grill. We met with one of the three owners, Kevin Hoene. He is a first time restaurant owner and gave a lot of great advice for those who will be starting a business. One of our favorite advice is to “Work on your business not in your business”. Thank You Mr. Hoene for letting us come in and visit Gopher’s Grill.
